Be open to Healing!
Healing is generally described as the process of being made healthy, whole or sound again.
The process of healing allows us to experience transformative energetic shifts from a place of brokenness and disconnection to a place of personal wholeness. It acknowledged that the process of healing over time results in the repair and recovery of body, mind, and spirit.
When we are healing, we see the distinction between what is us and what we are holding onto that is not us. We can realise that we are carrying the thoughts, feelings, and baggage of other people as if they are our own.
The process of healing helps us to move the energy of what doesn’t belong to us. It helps us to let go of the messaging from the outside world that can sometimes overpower our own personal voices. When we see with greater clarity the distinction between who we are and how we are uniquely different from those around us. We can also release the external messaging, shed the skin that isn’t working for us, and live our own lives.

When we are healing, we learn what is important to us (our values). We become clearer about who is important to us. We figure out how we want to spend our time and the direction we want to move in. So let’s be open to healing! It helps us see ourselves more clearly so we can let go of what isn’t working for us.
